Standard Products
Standard, non-customised products such as blank cards, card holders, lanyards, accessories, cleaning kits, and consumables are typically:

Where products are held in stock, many orders are dispatched sooner.
Custom Printed Products
Custom printed and personalised products require artwork preparation, approval, manufacturing, and quality control before dispatch.

Where an estimated lead time is provided, this should be regarded as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Artwork Approval
For customised products, production will normally begin only after final artwork approval has been received.
Delays in approving artwork may extend delivery times.
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, specifications, colours, and design elements before approval.
Delivery Destinations
We deliver throughout Ireland and to many international destinations.
Delivery services may vary depending on location and order value.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Custom Printed and Personalised Products
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Special-order products
This includes products customised with logos, artwork, names, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, RFID encoding, magnetic stripe encoding, or other customer-specific information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork and specifications before production begins.
Standard Products
Unused standard products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item remains in resalable condition

Return authorisation has been obtained from us
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

Card Printers, Software and Consumables
Card printers, ribbons, printheads, software licences, and related technical products may only be returned if:

Supplied incorrectly

Faulty on arrival

Covered by a valid manufacturer warranty
Opened consumables and activated software licences cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless a product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a confirmed product fault.
